Strategic brand, marketing, and communications leader

I've built my career around finding the story inside complex ideas—and bringing the people, strategy, and creative thinking together to make something meaningful happen.

For more than 20 years in education and technology, I've helped organizations clarify their purpose, make research and expertise accessible, connect with their audiences, and build the programs and capabilities to move forward.

I've always been drawn to work that requires both big-picture thinking and the willingness to roll up your sleeves.

I'm naturally curious. I ask questions, look for what's missing, and often see opportunities beyond the original assignment. I love bringing different perspectives together, developing a shared direction, and building what it takes to get there.

For me, the most rewarding work happens when a good idea becomes something real—something that makes a difference to the people it's meant to serve.

How I Help Organizations Move Forward

I see the bigger opportunity

At MIND Education, I reestablished the enterprise brand, built its first comprehensive messaging hierarchy, and led strategy, content, and creative direction for MIND’s 2026 website relaunch—connecting research, products, and audiences around a unified story.

I build what's needed

I've built communications functions, led teams, and managed significant resources. At NWEA, I established its first formal internal communications function and managed $2M+ in annual marketing program resources. At MIND, I helped redesign the marketing team and operating practices.

I turn strategy into results

At NWEA, audience-informed communications increased educator engagement 35% in four months and more than doubled use of instructional resources—connecting research and practical content with the educators who needed it.

Let's connect

The best conversations don't always begin with a perfect job description or a fully formed idea. Sometimes they begin with recognizing an opportunity worth pursuing.

I welcome conversations with people and organizations doing meaningful work—and looking for someone who can help shape what comes next.
